Shogayaki with mashed potato and misoshiru soup
For today, my food trip Friday is healthy but cheap recipes. This morning I cooked shogayaki with misoshiru soup, mashed potatoes and fresh tomato for our side dish. I love preparing delicious wink! meals that provide the best possible nutrition for my family, I also cooked most of our meals from scratch grin!

shogayaki is one of my fave lunches at my university's shokudo. cheap and healthy! ;-)
I am not familiar with this treat. But looking at it, I will never mind just to be able to taste it ;)
I agree with Jenn, home-cooked meals are still the best. Your featured food is interesting, pa-share naman ng recipe. I am learning how to cook simple Japanese food eh.
