food trip Friday- simple breakfast

Cereals, milk tea, bread toast and grapes.

Eating breakfast gives us a jump start in the morning. I'm not a big breakfast eater, however I try to eat at least a piece of bread and for my family I kept switching up different foods like cereals, bread or pancakes but most of the time I prepare a "typical Japanese breakfast" that consists of white rice, miso soup, grilled salmon fish and vegetable salads.

Join us here in Food Trip Friday. Have a fun~fun weekend everyone :p

Cereals and milk tea are fine with me for my breakfast but the sour grapes would come as a dessert after lunch. :)

Wakaba and Haruka's breakfast is always a toasted bread with butter and honey, milk and a fruit. Ayaw nila ng kanin sa umaga unlike with their Dad.I love that toasted bread with raisins ba yan,Mommy Jac?Yum Yum!!^_^

Have a blissful weekend to you and your family,Mommy Jac!!^_^

I'm not a big breakfast eater, too. What I have is the usual Filipino fare: pandesal with coffee or hot choco. You breakfast treat is yum, though!!! I just love miso soup! =P~

Wow, I didn't know the typical Japanese breakfast consists of salmon! It is so fascinating to learn the differences. That sounds much healthier than bacon and sausage that is typical here!!!
