Happy Thursdays everyone =) welcome to another exciting and fun theme to share here in Girls Talk! For this week our theme is all about favorite snack/Junk food!!

I'm not the type of person who eats Junk Food all day but I'll find myself reaching for a chocolate bar rather than an apple or banana, whenever I feel tired or hungry chocolate bar is all I need lol. This is funny guys, a friend of mine wished that( I quote) "I wished chocolate was a vegetable! What if chocolate bar is a HEALTHY green VEGETABLE? Wow healthy food diba!!

GT-My Comfort Food PIZZA

Hello girls!!! I'm happy to be back here in Girls Talk! and for this week our theme is all about COMFORT FOOD. I love pizza and if we want to dig into a delicious snack/dinner while watching our favorite TV shows I just grab my phone to order pizza. I choose pizza as my comfort food because I love the wonderful toppings and fat lol, which always makes a pizza more tasty. Add to that how easy it is to eat, better than a slice of bread or one smeared with peanut butter and jelly. In short, it's delicious and very versatile!

Girls talk-Christmas decoration!!!

For Girls Talk theme for this week is all about Christmas decoration. I started to put up our Christmas tree and decorating it first week of December. My kids had fun while putting the ornaments , tinsel and lights on the tree. We just love decorating our home for Christmas. I can tell you it's fun decorating the Christmas tree with our kids!

Eight days to go before Christmas, gosh! Its like yesterday diba how time flies. I notice these pass few days I feel so sad..... Oh life homesick nanaman hay!! . I miss the Paskong Pinas !!

Girls talk-birth talk!

I was born on a cold, evening of February 7 in Manila, Philippines. My mom told me that when she had me she was like "What the heck did I get myself into this, didn't I learn my lesson the first time?" ha. Just kidding lol... But I guess she didn't she had 3 kids more after me!

Anyway! My mom had a hard time during her pregnancy. She went through for almost 24 hours of back labor, mom said that her pain stays for awhile and returns like every 30 minutes. Wow I was like a bad baby to her lol...

My name is unique ehehe.. Both my parents had a big argument about what is the right name for me? At first dad wanted me to be called as Levi (as in levi's jeans) and of course my mom didn't permitted that name (thanks mom) lol... Until the nurse asked them both about their names, my dad is Jackie and my mom is Cristy so that same day the nurse started to call me Jacris. She got the Ja from Jackie and Cris from Cristy ehehe... I love my name but my name and my father's name are so similar that we were always getting confused- who was Mom hollering for? I am Jac and my dad's nickname is Jack too. I remember one of my friends knocked on ours house door and asked my dad " Hi Tito, can I talk to lady Jac" ehehe... Miss you dad =)

Most importantly and first on my list-spending time with my kiddos and hubby is my favorite pastime ever.

Watching TV.

I think my days are not complete if I didn't watch TV and I'm a big Grey's Anatomy, Ghost whisperer and Ugly Betty fun. I also like prison break but I got to say, that after watching Michael Scofield dies in the series finale. I can't get over it.LOL! It was sad ugh! I have to admit it, it wasn't the great ending..

Reading Books.

Reading books! I love to lie down while reading books I have to read it at bedtime, and once my head hits the pillow, I'm out. For me it is a great pastime.. WHEN I'M ALONE!



Blogging and Facebook.

Blogging is my favorite pastime! It's a great way to spend my time posting and meeting new friends. I consider this page as a blessing because I had a chance to express my thoughts and share my interest with you guys! Facebook is also a pastime for me. Even with limited computer time, it seems that I glued on the screen when I checked my Facebook page.

Most people live and love this (Stimulant beverage) why?
I am certified coffee fanatic for almost five years already. It's a great way to start my day by drinking one cup of coffee every morning. First is just an infatuation, but as you get to know it more you begin to love the drink, smell and taste. Perhaps we also love coffee because of the culture that we associate with the modern coffee shop, a place wherein those people like to seat, relax, meeting up with friends or co workers. Coffee tastes depend on our mood. I guess drinking coffee is like a habit for me...

My favorite coffee is from Starbucks, I love the taste and smell of coffee latte..My days are not complete without a cup of coffee...

I remember my single years as one of the best years ever. Why? Because I do my usual stuff like Shopping. I love clothes as in I spend a lot, as in a lot for clothes and shoes. Before I spend at least 200 to 300 $ a month for clothes, shoes and accessories. But then again I have a job and I don't need to pay rent, so I deserve to treat myself to something nice.lol...

I enjoy mix and matching my clothes!!!

NOTE: The key to mixing and matching is to pick one really bold patterned piece and then use only solid or small patterned pieces to go with it. Like if you love colorful peace sign tees, wear them with plain denim skirts or jeans. You could wear a hoodie or cardie with an all over tiny stripe or dot pattern as long as it is in one of the colors that the tee has. The colors are the element that unifies the outfit and makes it work. The only exception is that you can pair three bold solids together but no more or it will look clownish. In my younger years lol and until now, I wear clothes like this one.

Anyway! As time goes by shopping isn't everything for me now. I do buy my clothes once in a blue moon hahaha, since I become a parent, I usually buy clothes and shoes once or twice a month, sadly. =( I spend about $100 or a little more each time. You won't believe it! I have clothes and shoes that are 2 to 3 yrs old already but still it looks fine with me.

My favorite shoes and I love wearing it a lot

I love wearing flat shoes because they're girly, comfy and cute! And you can look dressy and casual. Flats, sneakers and gladiator shoes are my favorite.
When I want to be fashionable of course it's heels, but most of the time I wear flat soled shoes, sneakers and flip-flops at home. During winter. I wear hiking boots and sneakers when I go outdoors.

This is my all time favorite! My kids baby cologne by Johnson's & Johnson... This cologne has sweet-mild scent and it smells like a baby that why I love it. If you want to feel fresh all day use this blue Johnson's cologne :p

This is one of my favorite bag because its very comfy and this bag is big enough to fit all my goods in but not that huge that's why I really like this one. Hubby gave it to me as a surprised gift and he really knows me when it comes of choosing the right purse. It's got to have enough compartments for my "extra junk" lol.
